We can undertake the role of Principal Design as an independent commission and are well versed in fulfilling the duties of both Designer and Principal Designer on design and contract administration projects.
We have undertaken the role on complex projects and on programs of work in accordance with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 including the management of other professionals and formation of multi-disciplined design teams. The methodology we apply are equally relevant to smaller projects as they are approached in the same way.
We fully understand the importance of giving health and safety due consideration during the design stage. This, alongside effective project planning early in the process, is key to minimising risk post contract.
