Blocks are nine storey slender towers interspersed with low rise maisonettes, which are a combination of Grade II listed buildings and unlisted buildings of merit.
GDS was appointed to act as lead designer for the specification of maintenance and refurbishment works including obtaining the relevant statutory consents.
Works included external repairs, window renewals, electrical upgrades and fire precaution improvements.
